Proof-of-Replication (PoRep) is a cryptographic technique used by storage miners to prove to the network that they are storing a unique copy of a piece of data. PoRep is most commonly used by decentralized storage networks to protect the data within its network. PoRep also allows for any data to be retrieved/accessed.
